Orders are handmade and made to order and handmade by me!

All orders are shipped within 2 weeks unless stated otherwise. Please refer to the product description for accurate shipping turnaround.

Puzzles, Suncatchers, and Affirmations are generally shipped within 7 days.

Larger custom orders can take longer depending on size, design and detail. This will be discussed prior to purchase.

If you require something sooner, please reach out and let me know before placing your order so that I can try my best to accomodate you.

Shipping is calculated by weight and is dependent on product size.

Smaller items have a flat rate fee of $12 AUD

At this time I only ship within Australia and New Zealand.

I hope to expand this in the future.

Yes, for custom orders and local customers I offer pickup or in-person delivery in the Greater Brisbane Region

I do not accept returns or exchanges as all items are custom made or made to order.

However if your item arrives damaged I will be happy to send a replacement.

Please see Damages and Replacements.

Unfortunately some items will be damaged or even lost during shipping, something that is out of my control.

Please contact me within 14 days of delivery. I am happy to replace these items when damage has occurred.

I will require photos of the damage for insurance purposes. In some cases you may need to return your item to me so please keep all packaging.

I am based in Brisbane, Australia. All of your items are handmade and shipped by me.

Children's puzzles are made from Hardwood timbers, they are sealed and finished with a natural wood oil.

No nasty glues, toxins or resins are used that are usually found in the ply and MDF products.

They are thick and chunky in design making it easy for little fingers to manage.

The edges are smoothed and rounded to remove any sharp points.

The paints we use in the puzzle bases are water based non-toxic acrylics.

Recommend for ages 3+. Children should always be supervised when playing.

If any of the puzzle becomes broken, please discard the product immediately.

All signs should be hung inside out of the elements unless specifically stated otherwise.

All of our signs come with hanging hardware. It is your responsibility to ensure the item is hung securely on the wall. Preferably attached to a stud in the wall. We take no responsibility for signs once they are hung.
